Overview

Senior Manager, Business Development to drive strategic growth initiatives for one or more games, building and managing partnerships across esports, marketing, in-game events, and third-party integrations.

What you'll do

• Manage business development strategies for one or more games.
• Run partnership and collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events, and third-party partners.
• Develop strategic goals and KPIs by liaising with senior management and stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and report business performance regularly.
• Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors.
• Generate leads, contact decision-makers, screen opportunities, and lead pitch logistics.

What you'll need

• 5–9 years overall experience.
• At least 3 years in Gaming/B2C/Entertainment OTT digital companies in a similar function.
• Experience delivering high-impact partnerships.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Cross-functional skills to influence and manage diverse stakeholders in multiple geographies.
