Overview

City Business Lead for field sales and operations, responsible for building partnerships and driving on-ground execution across India.

What you'll do

• Visit commercial businesses to support video data collection activities.
• Convince business owners to permit commercial video data collection.
• Build relationships and close business partnerships.
• Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs).
• Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations.
• Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality.
• Expand into new categories and new areas.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
