Business Development Manager – Cold Forming (CF) (F/M/D)

Overview

Business Development Manager responsible for growing the Cold Forming business across India through customer development, technical solutions, and commercial opportunity conversion.

What you'll do

• Drive Cold Forming business growth across Pan-India.
• Develop business with channel partners, distributors, and key customers.
• Identify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and support conversion.
• Provide technical expertise for Cold Forming applications and processes.
• Support customer trials, technical discussions, and product development.
• Build and manage an opportunity pipeline across target segments.
• Deliver annual sales and profitability targets.

What you'll need

• Strong technical knowledge of Cold Forming processes and applications.
• Knowledge of related chemical and lubrication solutions.
• Experience with customer trials, product testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Expertise in business development and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in customer relationship management and solution-based selling.
• Ability to conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and business-related tools.
