Business Development Lead - India (Multiple Locations)

Overview

Business Development Lead for India driving market awareness, customer adoption, and CGM business growth across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.

What you'll do

• Drive territory growth and expand CGM adoption across healthcare providers and institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Dexcom’s market presence.
• Achieve territory KPIs and market share objectives.
• Build relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, physicians, diabetes educators, hospitals, and networks.
• Promote Dexcom CGM via clinical discussions, education, and product demonstrations.
• Execute marketing initiatives, track territory performance, and maintain accurate CRM, forecasts, and business reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor degree in science, engineering, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering.
• Relevant experience of 10-15 years.
• Hands-on experience in relevant cardio-metabolic/diabetology market in India.
• Experience leading initiatives for healthcare professional education and patient awareness campaigns.
• Experience in new product launch and adoption strategies.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor across different geographies.

Details

• Role is across four locations: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.
• Travel required: more than 75%.
