Manager Inside Sales

Overview

Manager, Inside Sales to lead and direct strategic initiatives for the Digital Sales team, supporting sales goals and KPIs.

What you'll do

• Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to drive performance.
• Develop sales strategies and pilot pitches to meet sales goals while reducing customer cancellations.
• Build product knowledge and coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch relevant benefits.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, business units, and Corporate Retention on campaigns and leads.
• Analyze business goals, customer and agent data, and daily reports for continuous improvement.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and create performance reports.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity and productivity metrics across the team.

What you'll need

• 10–14+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, or Customer Success roles.
• People management experience across North America markets, including leading managers and/or large frontline teams.
• Strong understanding of digital-first sales models, funnel management, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to define and execute regional strategies balancing scale, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with executive presence.
• Advanced knowledge of Sales Operations and technology used in digital sales.
