Manager, Solution Configuration (India)

Overview

Manager, Solution Configuration oversees high-volume configuration delivery for multiple partner implementations. The role leads a distributed configuration team and drives process excellence using Jira and Confluence.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a configuration team for technically complex partner implementations.
• Build and maintain a capacity model to forecast over-allocation and prevent missed due dates.
• Own configuration timelines and due dates for active implementations.
• Define, document, and improve the configuration process from intake through handoff.
• Track metrics (cycle time, throughput, rework, and on-time completion) to improve results.
• Act as the expert user of Jira and Confluence, including workflows, automation, and dashboards.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in technical project management, delivery management, or technical operations.
• 3+ years managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Expert-level Jira and Confluence administration, including workflows, automation, JQL, and dashboards.
• Experience leading a distributed team across multiple time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for senior leadership status reports.
• BS/BA in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
