Sales Manager -Delhi

Overview

Sales Manager (Delhi) for Energy Services, focused on growing service sales within key accounts and distribution channels for Installed base.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts for retention and loyalty.
• Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings within key accounts.
• Manage and grow the distribution network through partner relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to find new growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.
• Use CRM to manage opportunities, and provide sales forecasts and performance reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10-12 years of experience in sales, service management, or account management.
• Strong understanding of key account management and distribution business models.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet key accounts and channel partners.
