Digital Sales Representative - Activate

Overview

Grow and retain high-value self-service accounts by engaging customers, guiding product adoption, preventing churn, and supporting scale across Twilio Communications, SendGrid, or Segment.

What you'll do

• Engage high-value self-service customers through inbound and outbound leads.
• Identify growth opportunities using product usage signals and customer needs.
• Guide adoption of Twilio Communications, SendGrid, or Segment products.
• Retain priority accounts by addressing risks and removing blockers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of sales development or business development experience at a technology company.
• Alternatively, 2–3+ years of closing experience in another industry.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to use data and product usage signals to prioritize outreach.
• Ability to manage a high-volume account book and follow through on commitments.
• Curiosity about cloud communications, customer engagement, email, data, or SaaS products.

Nice to have

• Experience selling SaaS, cloud communications, email, customer data, or developer-focused products.
• Familiarity with product-led growth or self-service customer motions.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar tools.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Occasional travel may be required for project or team meetings.
• Eligible to earn commissions.
