Provider Development Specialist

Overview

Drive provider activation, ordering growth, retention, and account re-engagement as an extension of the field sales organization. The role focuses on converting provider engagement into sustained utilization of sleep and respiratory care services.

What you'll do

• Contact provider offices within 24 hours of educational or sales events.
• Guide providers and office staff through their first order.
• Follow up after completed first orders to secure repeat orders.
• Conduct monthly outreach to active ordering providers.
• Recover inactive accounts by identifying barriers and service gaps.
• Share provider feedback and market intelligence with Territory Managers.
• Develop account-specific growth and re-engagement strategies.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of customer experience or sales support experience.
• Experience in home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic environments.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill in working across multiple systems and platforms accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DME operations or healthcare workflows.

Details

• Remote position in the United States.
• Estimated annual on-target earnings of $75,000–$78,000 USD, including base salary and target incentive compensation.
• Sales incentive target is 20% of base salary.
