Talent Management Specialist

Overview

Own employee listening and people insights programs while supporting performance, talent, learning, development, and job architecture initiatives within the Human Resources team.

What you'll do

• Manage employee listening programs, including Peakon administration, surveys, reporting, and follow-up.
• Analyze employee feedback and talent data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Execute components of performance management, talent discussions, and succession programs.
• Support learning and development programs, including recurring session facilitation.
• Develop career growth and leadership readiness tools and resources.
• Maintain job leveling guides and job architecture resources.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and continuity coverage.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in talent management or related Human Resources roles.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, or employee listening practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage recurring programs independently and prioritize deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• Experience with Peakon, Glint, Qualtrics, HRIS, Workday, or LMS/LXP platforms.

Details

• Full-time, exempt role.
• Remote position for candidates living in or open to relocating to specified U.S. states.
• Travel to Melville, New York, three times per year.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with time zone flexibility.
• Annual salary range: $78,464 to $117,696.
