Binding Operations Associate

Overview

Support binding operations by processing bind requests, validating application data, completing documentation, and coordinating with underwriters, retail agents, and carrier representatives.

What you'll do

• Review and process bind requests accurately and within required timelines.
• Validate application data against carrier systems and update discrepancies.
• Bind coverage in carrier platforms according to underwriting direction and guidelines.
• Complete required filings and verify binding documentation for quality and compliance.
• Manage assigned workloads to meet service levels and turnaround times.
• Escalate complex issues and support process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

What you'll need

• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or a related role.
• Exposure to transportation insurance or ability to learn transportation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills for complex or escalated tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and OneNote is helpful.

• Remote in the United States.
• Target pay: $22.00–$28.50 per hour.
• Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
