Overview
Support the design, governance, and improvement of global compensation programs using job architecture, market data, and compensation analytics.
What you'll do
- Apply and reinforce job architecture and leveling frameworks globally.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using Aon Radford and other surveys.
- Support commission and incentive plan design, modeling, and cost analysis.
- Execute annual merit and incentive compensation processes.
- Audit compensation data in Workday HCM and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop compensation reporting and analytics for stakeholders.
What you'll need
- 3–6+ years of compensation or total rewards experience.
- Hands-on experience with market pricing and survey data.
- Experience supporting sales incentive or commission plans.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Working knowledge of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary banding.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and sound judgment with confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience in a public company, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Mercer, WTW, or Culpepper surveys.
- Experience with Workday, Anaplan, or PayScale.
- Exposure to global compensation and pay transparency requirements.

- Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
