Director, Information Security Engineering - ITC

Overview

Lead Cyber Data and Secure Code Engineering for a global security capability. The role combines strategic planning with day-to-day leadership, operational improvement and security risk reduction.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop Cyber Data and Secure Code Engineers.
• Partner with global and cross-functional security, platform, cloud, development and legal stakeholders.
• Optimize operational tasks, functions and processes to help prevent incidents.
• Develop and execute security technology vision, roadmaps, budgets and maturity plans.
• Translate business and information security priorities into technical services and solutions.
• Guide endpoint protection, secure software development, SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning, Databricks, network visibility and advanced threat protection capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies while maintaining business alignment.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Leadership experience with security engineering or comparable technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information security, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent education, experience or training.
• Expertise in data and analytics tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and cloud security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing vision, roadmaps, budgets and high-performing teams.
