Principal Information Security Engineer, ITC

Overview

Principal Information Security Engineer for Nike (NEST), supporting a 24x7 information security team based in India Technology Center.

What you'll do

• Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of security controls protecting systems and data.
• Assess, analyze, and optimize operational tasks, functions, and processes.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise to a 24x7 team during India business hours.
• Maintain endpoint security control saturation, including versions, scoping, and exclusions.
• Manage email security controls and enhance policies to strengthen email security posture.
• Handle incident resolution for network security and firewall policy issues.
• Review projects for security concerns and provide guidance to business partners.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving across 3 or more listed capabilities/toolsets.
• Experience with cloud security policies and standards.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection and email security.
• Formal education in IT, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• CISSP/OSCP/SANS/CEH certifications are mentioned as relevant (CEH is added advantage).
