Overview

Sets and leads Omnidian's enterprise process improvement agenda, looking across the whole business from Go-To-Market through Operations and Field Services to find where process change will have the biggest impact on cost, risk, and service quality, then drives that change with functional leaders. Individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, sitting on the Strategy team.

What you'll do

• Set and lead Omnidian's enterprise process improvement agenda.
• Look across the whole business, from Go-To-Market through Operations and Field Services, to decide where process change will have the biggest impact on cost, risk, and service quality.
• Drive process change in partnership with functional leaders.
• Own enterprise process standards.
• Partner directly with C-suite leaders.
• Be accountable for measurable improvements in how work moves across the company.
