Director, Partner Development Manager

Overview

Lead and grow relationships with Snowflake’s Global System Integrator (GSI) partners to drive joint growth, GTM programs, and customer success.

What you'll do

• Manage the partner alliance development lifecycle, owning partner pipeline and workflow management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing.
• Coordinate co-marketing activities such as events, webinars, and content creation to generate leads.
• Support deals via Snowflake’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration and reporting.
• Monitor partner performance against defined metrics and adjust priorities to meet goals.
• Create and run automated front-office workflows for use case, opportunity, and registration on Snowflake and connected tools.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology.
• 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
• Track record of success and established relationships with System Integrators.
• Ability to manage global and regional business plans and articulate partner progress.
• Strong executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Cloud and Frontier Model environments is preferred.
