Overview

Lead SAP implementation and support work on enterprise application projects for Genpact clients, working with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into SAP solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP implementation projects, including customization, configuration, and testing.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and propose SAP solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for end users and support documentation development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Workforce Academy Online.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 - SAP.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• English language proficiency at Advanced level (C1).
