Domain Lead - HRO - Payroll & Benefits 3

Overview

Domain Lead for HRO Payroll & Benefits, responsible for delivering payroll and finance operations services to Genpact's clients within a defined SLA framework.

What you'll do

• Ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations, meets defined SLAs, and maintains noise-free operations for critical results.
• Assess team performance against standards, take corrective actions to keep the team on target, and ensure goal achievement.
• Identify opportunities to create value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, driving transformation and value-sharing initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership with an emphasis on relationship management, facilitating coordination of deadlines and creating cohesive teams.
• Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring operational accuracy in Build to Gross, Gross to Net, Pay processing, and compliance with legislation.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology) to effectively operationalize the entire Finance and Accounting operations lifecycle.
• Mentor, coach, and support the team, while identifying opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
• Required skills: Financial Analysis Reporting, Global Payroll, Incentive Compensation, Payroll Management, Process Consulting, Workday Payroll.
• Language: English, Proficient (C2) (required).
