What you'll do

• Plan and supervise daily facility operations, maintenance programs, and staff assignments.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance, hotel operations, or building management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing infrastructure, and fire safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage emergency repairs.
• Strong organizational and time management with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Leadership experience managing and motivating maintenance staff.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
