Senior Engineer - Utilities (Facilities & Real Estate)

Overview

Senior Engineer - Utilities to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of utilities for office buildings and test labs, including infrastructure projects for interior and MEP execution.

What you'll do

• Lead installation and commissioning of utilities for office buildings and test labs with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive infrastructure projects for interior and MEP design and execution.
• Support installation and commissioning of test equipment with vendors and test lab teams.
• Plan and coordinate resources for maintenance activities for both office and test lab utilities.
• Establish SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and standardized maintenance practices aligned to MESH guidelines.
• Support Job Safety Analysis and deploy safety improvement opportunities in line with Eaton’s MESH/LSR guidelines.
• Plan maintenance budgets, maintain utility maintenance plans, and work to meet uptime targets.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical).
• 10-12 years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
• Sound knowledge of technical drawings, including reading and preparing layouts.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
