Facilities Director - Pan India

Overview

Facilities Director to lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations across India, covering 400–500 retail branches and around 15 major offices.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement IFM strategies for a geographically dispersed portfolio across India.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across maintenance, security, cleaning, and support services.
• Manage a large distributed team and act as single point of accountability to the client.
• Drive operational excellence using standardized best practices and tracked KPIs.
• Integrate technology and data analytics, including generative AI, to support the facilities network.
• Set up sustainability initiatives and maintain compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and budgets, including cost-saving measures and reporting.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10–15 years of facilities management experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing geographically dispersed portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience managing both retail and office facilities.
• Understanding of emerging IFM technologies including AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated success implementing sustainable practices in large-scale facilities networks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for multi-location teams.
