Group Head - Ecomm / Marketplaces

Overview

Group Head for Ecomm/Marketplaces, leading marketplace advertising delivery and client KPI performance across accounts and teams.

What you'll do

• Drive client KPIs on marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, QCommerce, Pharmacy, Beauty and Fashion.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery by managing SLAs across multiple teams.
• Set portfolio-level campaign plans by aligning them to client goals and KPIs.
• Guide execution across campaign structuring, targeting, creatives, betas and other ad facets.
• Use automation and technology to enable reporting across teams.
• Manage large-scale digital advertising budgets and track success metrics across portfolios.
• Oversee digital activity analysis and deliver client insights with quality and depth.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing and running Amazon Ads via self-serve platforms.
• Experience running self-serve campaigns and/or display campaigns on other marketplace platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Amazon Pi, and Amazon Drona.
• Strong team management experience across multiple teams.
• Experience managing large advertising spend across multiple accounts.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
