Overview

Own and execute enterprise-wide global transition planning, validation, and knowledge transfer across multiple IT service domains.

What you'll do

• Define, institutionalize, and monitor enterprise-wide global transition services and tollgate criteria.
• Build transition plans, support models, and change management, learning, and communication deliverables.
• Architect and enforce validation gates for the end-to-end KT process, including shadowing and reverse-shadowing schedules.
• Plan and oversee transfer of key information for support, operation, and acceptance of solutions in production.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate transition risks and cultural friction points with remediation plans.
• Oversee service capture, asset mapping, and capability transition across IT Service Desk, EUC, ITAM, AV, and Supply Chain Logistics.

What you'll need

• 15 years of experience transitioning large-scale global services from tier 1 product organizations to multi-tier service providers.
• At least 10 years exclusively leading massive, multi-tower ITES service transitions.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior levels within customer/incumbent organizations.
• Track record orchestrating large-scale transitions to global delivery hubs (nearshore and offshore) with 500+ resources.
• Deep understanding of MSP operational frameworks for IT Service Desk, EUC, ITAM, AV, and supply chain logistics.
• Experience with SOW, MSA, SLA, and managing transition budgets exceeding $50M.

Details

• Required to be permanently based in India.
• Working hours suitable for global transition: 3 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST.
• Travel of 50% if required, heavier during transition delivery phases.
