Overview

Strategy, Business Planning & Change Management role supporting the Managing Director’s office in Project & Development Services (PDS), with external focus on market presence, client advisory structures, and organizational transformation.

What you'll do

• Manage the MD’s office business operations including strategic planning and executive support.
• Conduct business reviews and produce research, market updates, reports, and presentations for non-BAU initiatives.
• Support strategic client relationship development and account growth initiatives.
• Drive PDS brand visibility and external market positioning, including social media strategy with marcom teams.
• Establish and manage the Client Advisory Board (CAB) for PDS 2.0 and related client engagement frameworks.
• Lead One JLL initiatives and coordinate Step Up programs and cross-business integration.
• Design and implement organizational transformation programs, including communication plans.

What you'll need

• Manage MD office business operations, including strategic planning and executive support.
• Create market intelligence briefings, including competition analysis.
• Build and stabilize a team for market research and competition analysis.
• Develop strategic client-facing programs such as CAB and StepUp.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and create improvement strategies.
• Design and implement change management communications for major initiatives.
