Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining technical services during shift duty for building engineering assets and coordinating engineering team activities.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services on-site with technician team support.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular site inspections.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance when needed.
• Ensure documentation and follow-ups for assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC via trackers.
• Oversee vendor quotations/invoices and ensure proper signoffs for attendance and cost sheet submission.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA/KPI performance; handle renewal, invoice submission, and payment follow-ups.
• Support risk assessments, root cause analysis for failures, emergency response planning, drills, and ERT/QRT participation.

What you'll need

• On-site shift service responsibility for technical operations during the shift.
• Ability to manage electromechanical/utilities services with a technician team.
• Experience preparing and executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Capability to coordinate with teams and communicate feedback after service requests/complaints.
• Knowledge of safe working practices, work permit requirements, and evacuation drills/ERT/QRT support.
• Ability to maintain engineering reports and equipment history cards (e.g., DMR/MMR).
