Overview
Shift Engineer for on-site technical and engineering services at a residential property in Gurugram.
What you'll do
- Ensure technical services remain operational during your shift duty.
- Manage electromechanical/utilities services with the technician team.
- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular inspections.
- Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance when needed.
- Maintain documentation and track assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
- Oversee vendor quotations/invoices and ensure timely cost sheets, invoices, renewals, and payment follow-ups.
- Plan energy conservation and maintain monthly readings, logs, and equipment history cards.
What you'll need
- Manage engineering team and coordinate technical issues with clients and occupants.
- Prepare corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans.
- Ensure work permits and safe working practices/procedures are followed.
- Participate in evacuation drills and ERT/QRT activities.
- Maintain engineering reports such as DMR and MMR.
- Assist with risk assessment and root cause analysis for failures/breakdowns.
