Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer (Technical Executive) for residential property management at Lodha Eternis CHSL in Marol, Mumbai. You will ensure technical services and engineering operations run during your shift and coordinate technical issues with clients and occupants.

What you'll do

• Maintain operational technical services/technical assets during shift duty.
• Manage electromechanical and utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify risk and defects.
• Review subordinate work and provide guidance when needed.
• Ensure asset documentation and follow-ups for defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in trackers.
• Attend major complaints, escalate when necessary, and coordinate with technical staff.

What you'll need

• Manage an engineering/technician team during shift operations.
• Work with documentation such as cost sheets, logbooks, and equipment history cards.
• Follow safe working practices and ensure work permits are in place.
• Support risk assessment, mitigation planning, and root cause analysis for failures/breakdowns.
• Participate in evacuation drills and be part of ERT/QRT team.
• Create corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans.
