Executive Production

Overview

Executive Production role focused on production, safety, quality, and process stability at a manufacturing/supply context.

What you'll do

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production/packaging/distribution equipment.
• Adopt and enforce safety practices, including conducting safety audits at the set frequency.
• Provide leadership to improve production and maintain process stability and machine capabilities.
• Plan and manage production as per plan and maintain close communication with other departments.
• Develop and maintain centerline settings and records; monitor and address issues related to specified settings.
• Adopt quality practices aligned with QMS/RQGL guidelines and ensure defective products are quarantined and sorted.
• Lead delay and waste reduction activities by collecting data, troubleshooting with specialists, and executing action plans.

What you'll need

• Follow safety codes, policies, and guidelines during regular work activities.
• Conduct safety audits as per the set frequency to minimize damage or losses and prevent safety incidents.
• Complete the annual Performance Plan and implement the Individual Development Plan (IDP) for the year.
• Follow quality codes, QMS/RQGL guidelines, and ensure products meet defined safety/quality expectations.
• Use production data/settings records and analyze them to provide solutions and improve productivity and quality.
• Complete trials and engineering modifications on time and within budget.
