Senior Shift Engineer

Overview

Senior Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational technical services during shift duty and coordinating engineering activities on-site in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Ensure all technical services are maintained operational during shift duty.
• Manage electromechanical and utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular inspections.
• Review subordinate work and provide guidance as needed.
• Maintain asset documentation and track defect liability, AMC/CAMC follow-ups.
• Plan and implement energy conservation activities.
• Manage work permits and safe working practices, including evacuation drills and ERT/QRT participation.

What you'll need

• Lead and manage an engineering team for building operations.
• Experience working with SLAs and KPI monitoring for service delivery.
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for system failures and breakdowns.
• Experience creating corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans.
• Ability to maintain engineering reports such as DMR and MMR.
