Team Member - QC (Analytical Instrument Engineer )

Overview

QC Team Member (Analytical Instrument Engineer) responsible for maintaining analytical instruments to ensure uptime, reliability, and compliance for laboratory operations.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for analytical instruments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical equipment including HPLC, UPLC, GC, and dissolution testers.
• Prepare and execute annual preventive maintenance plans and GMP checklists.
• Create purchase requisitions for spares, consumables, and service needs through SAP.
• Create, process, and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with OEMs/service providers for AMC, calibration, and spare procurement support.
• Conduct RCA and implement and document CAPA for equipment breakdowns.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and pharmaceutical testing.
• Hands-on experience with instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution systems.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and laboratory documentation practices.
• Basic knowledge of LIMS, Empower, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related) or M.Sc/B.Sc/B.Pharm.
