Overview
Shift Engineer role in Bangalore responsible for ensuring technical services are maintained operational during shift duty for property/asset management sites.
What you'll do
- Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on-site with the technician team.
- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular inspections.
- Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance when needed.
- Track defect liability period and AMC/CAMC related documentation, checks, and follow-ups.
- Oversee vendor quotations/invoices, attendance signoffs, and cost sheet/invoice follow-ups.
- Plan and implement energy conservation and ensure logbooks and check-sheets are completed.
- Ensure work permits and safe working practices are followed; support risk assessment and RCA.
What you'll need
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or an equivalent qualification.
- Min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction industry.
- Knowledge of working procedures.
- Analytical and meticulous approach with problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with various teams and trouble-shooting problems using logic.
- Ability to assign and monitor maintenance projects.
Nice to have
- Residential site experience is preferred for residential site candidates.
