Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining operational technical services during the shift at an on-site property in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular site inspections to check risks and defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance as needed.
• Oversee documentation and follow-ups for assets during defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs, maintain performance indicator scores, and manage client invoicing follow-ups.
• Plan energy conservation actions, maintain readings/logbooks, and attend major complaints with escalation.

What you'll need

• Experience ensuring technical services are maintained operational during shift duty.
• Ability to coordinate engineering team activities and support the Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager.
• Experience managing PPM activities and conducting site inspections.
• Experience reviewing subordinate staff output and providing guidance.
• Experience handling maintenance asset documentation, defect liability tracking, and AMC/CAMC follow-ups.
• Ability to maintain SLA/KPI monitoring and manage invoicing and cost sheet submissions.
