Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer ensuring technical services remain operational during the shift at a building site in Gurugram. Leads and coordinates engineering team activities, maintenance delivery, vendor coordination, reporting, safety practices, and support to property management.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain electromechanical and utilities services with a technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risk and defect areas.
• Review subordinate work and provide guidance when needed.
• Track and follow up asset documentation during defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies to meet service targets.
• Ensure work permits and safe working practices/procedures are followed.

What you'll need

• Experience ensuring technical services are maintained operational during shift duty.
• Ability to manage electromechanical/utilities services on-site.
• Experience preparing and implementing PPM.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and escalation of major complaints.
• Ability to coordinate vendor quotations/invoices and support cost sheet processes.
• Experience with maintenance record keeping such as DMR/MMR, logbooks, and history cards.
