Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for Property and Asset Management, supporting technical operations during shift duty at a commercial DLF building in Gurugram.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on site with technician support.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risks and defects.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance as needed.
• Track defect liability period and AMC/CAMC documentation and follow-ups.
• Monitor SLA’s & KPI’s for effective service delivery and performance.
• Manage client cost sheets, invoices, vendor quotations, and payment follow-ups.

What you'll need

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel/Construction.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• Analytical and meticulous approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and assign/monitor maintenance projects.

• Work schedule: Shift duty; weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting: Operations team; reports to Property Manager / Technical Manager.
