Overview
Facility Engineering Executive responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and coordinating technical systems for building operations.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems such as HT/LT panels, DG sets, and UPS.
- Monitor HVAC, fire & life safety systems, elevators/escalators, plumbing and water management, and BMS.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maintain optimum system performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and project teams for maintenance and issue resolution.
- Respond to technical breakdowns, emergencies, and critical incidents to restore services.
- Track maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and service requests.
What you'll need
- Experience supporting technical system monitoring and maintenance for building facilities.
- Ability to manage maintenance records, service reports, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience using CMMS/Corrigo or similar systems for managing spares and consumables.
- Ability to participate in audits, risk assessments, EHS inspections, and emergency response drills.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, incident reports, and management updates.
