SME 1, International Payroll

Overview

SME - International Payroll to support the International Payroll team with accurate, timely global payroll delivery and quality/process excellence.

What you'll do

• Consolidate inputs needed to perform payroll calculations.
• Reconcile payroll calculations with payroll allocations to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver payroll reports in requested formats and activate payments per policy.
• Review payroll and related administration reports and address defects.
• Conduct quality management activities including data collection, analysis, RCA, and improvements.
• Support service delivery and SLA maintenance for key stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder communications, including approvals and expectation alignment.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree.
• 7–12 years of experience with EMEA/APAC/APJ in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, payroll statutory, earnings/deduction codes, and GL mapping.
• Ability to handle multiple country payrolls and proactively manage changing priorities.
• Effective communication and high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of ESPP/Stock/RSU is a plus.
• Preferred experience with Workday, NetSuite, and SQL/SAP based payroll systems.
