Duty Engineer

Overview

Duty Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance, facility engineering operations, technical services, and service-level performance at an Accenture site.

What you'll do

• Manage preventive maintenance programs and engineering procedures.
• Maintain electrical, HVAC, PAC, plumbing, sanitary, elevator, and cafeteria systems.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance schedules, shutdowns, purchase orders, and work completion.
• Inspect logs, checklists, equipment records, and maintenance schedules.
• Guide technical staff in resolving facility issues and closing work orders.
• Prepare engineering, vendor performance, SLA, KPI, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate audits, client visits, emergency procedures, training, and incident reporting.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years of overall experience.
• 0–1 year of industry experience.
• B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of M&E-related equipment.
• MS Office and email communication skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork, learning attitude, and positive thinking.

• On-site role in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reports to the Assistant Manager Engineering or Chief Engineer.
