Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining technical services and assets at a Gurugram site. The role manages engineering staff, coordinates technical issues, and supports property management operations.

What you'll do

• Manage electromechanical and utility services with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance.
• Inspect the site for risks and defects.
• Monitor maintenance staff, vendors, SLAs, KPIs, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate equipment documentation, reports, logbooks, and cost sheets.
• Attend major complaints and coordinate escalations and corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, root-cause analysis, emergency plans, and evacuation drills.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate, hotels, or construction.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Analytical, meticulous, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of working procedures and maintenance project coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with teams and troubleshoot problems using logic.

Nice to have

• Residential-site experience is preferred.
