Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for smooth operations and maintenance of multiple technical facility systems within a facility.

What you'll do

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG, UPS, fire fighting, and plumbing systems.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and manage breakdowns.
• Adhere to statutory electrical, fire & safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Implement PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures during technical activities.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption for optimization, supporting energy-saving initiatives.
• Supervise technical staff and AMC/service providers to ensure SLA adherence and submit MIS reports.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or technical maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG Sets, UPS, STP/WTP, and Fire & Safety systems.
• Exposure to technical services in commercial, corporate, IT/ITES, or industrial facilities.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC coordination, and technical audits.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and critical utilities (HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire Systems, LT Distribution).
• Familiarity with PTW, LOTO, EHS protocols, and audit preparedness.

• Location: Brookfield Pune.
• Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events.
