Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer supporting customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor solutions.

What you'll do

• Support customers through installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Advise on preventive maintenance and configurations that may impact product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
• Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and manage product escalations.

What you'll need

• Typically requires 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent).
• Post-graduate study, certification, and/or license may be required.
• Must meet Agilent approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements to access customer sites.
• Credentialing requirements may include proof of identification and proof of certification.

• Location: India (Chandigarh).
• Work location access requires customer/vendor credentialing.
• Travel required: 75% of the time.
• Shift: Day.
• Employment: full time weekly schedule.
