Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer supporting customers with on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for company and multi-vendor systems solutions.

What you'll do

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that affect product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned business interruption.
• Manage technical escalations and serve as an internal technical resource.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Post-graduate certification and/or license may be required.
• Generally requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.
• Must consent to meet customer/vendor credentialing requirements for site access.

Details

• Location: New Delhi, India.
• Work mode: OnSite.
• Employment: Full time weekly schedule.
• Travel: 75% of the time; Shift: Day.
