Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer responsible for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems.

What you'll do

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that affect product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to avoid unplanned interruptions.
• Serve as an internal resource on technical issues and manage product escalations.

What you'll need

• Typically 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• May require post-graduate degree, certification, and/or license.
• Must consent to participate in approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements.
• Requirements may include proof of identification and proof of certification to perform required work.
• May include knowledge of third-party products.

• Location: India-Mumbai COE.
• Travel required: 75% of the time.
• Shift: Day.
• Employment: full time weekly schedule.
