Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer specializing in LC, LCMS, and Laboratory Informatics to provide on-site customer support and ensure reliable laboratory system performance in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

What you'll do

• Provide on-site installation, implementation, and support for LC, LCMS, and Laboratory Informatics solutions.
• Install, configure, and validate (IQ/OQ) platforms at customer laboratories.
• Diagnose and resolve instrument, software, workflow, and system performance issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and system upgrades for optimal performance.
• Deliver technical guidance on system operation, preventive maintenance, software configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing for customers and field service personnel.

What you'll need

• Relevant experience in handling analytical instruments (LC/LCMS) and Laboratory Informatics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• A Master’s degree in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Instrumentation/Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Life Science or equivalent.
• Ability to travel and visit customers.
