Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer providing on-site customer support for installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems.

What you'll do

• Support customers through on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, networking products, and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
• Provide preventive maintenance guidance and configurations that affect product performance.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment or software issues to prevent unplanned interruptions.
• Handle technical escalations and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Be able to meet approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements for customer site access.
• Be prepared for travel requirements of 75% of the time.
• Consent to participate in credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites.
• Have minimal to no prior relevant work experience (generally required).
