Support Engineer to provide product support for complex enterprise software applications, handling customer-reported issues across functionality, configuration, integrations, data, access, and performance.

What you'll do

• Investigate customer-reported functional and configuration issues.
• Resolve calculation and workflow problems in enterprise web applications.
• Troubleshoot integration, database, and user-access issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported performance issues.
• Work with customers and internal teams to address support cases.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting configurable enterprise web applications.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
