Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer for Property and Asset Management, supporting daily site operations and technical issue resolution with a focus on safety and performance.

What you'll do

• Manage the site’s daily operations and technical issues.
• Develop and carry out a preventative program for managing sites.
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, and fire protection systems and equipment.
• Meet and exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators under the management contract.
• Contribute to engineering service delivery standards.
• Plan, implement, and review site-specific processes and protocols.
• Develop tools to measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

What you'll need

• Over three to four years’ experience in facilities operation.
• University degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management.
• Strong background in troubleshooting processes.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Technical hands-on expertise.
