Senior Shift Engineer

Overview

Senior Shift Engineer for Property and Asset Management, responsible for ensuring technical service operations during shift duties at a site in Noida.

What you'll do

• Maintain electromechanical and utilities services on-site with the technician team.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and conduct regular inspections.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance as needed.
• Manage defect liability period follow-ups and AMC/CAMC tracking in a tracker.
• Oversee vendor quotations/invoices and ensure timely invoice and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure work permits and safe working practices are followed and support evacuation drills/ERT/QRT.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/Hotel or Construction Industry.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of working procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate with various teams.
