Overview
Engineer—Maintenance & Reliability supporting manufacturing plant productivity by improving equipment reliability and maintenance capability.
What you'll do
- Develop preventive maintenance plans for packaging and processing equipment using manuals, drawings, images, videos, and historical data.
- Identify critical spare parts to reduce repair time while balancing inventory costs.
- Build and maintain expertise in computerized maintenance management systems (including Maximo and MQIS) and relevant documentation.
- Track and analyze KPIs for equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance costs using data acquisition and automation tools.
- Support reliability improvement project delivery by coordinating with plant teams and vendors.
- Work safely and collaborate in a cross-cultural virtual team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation.
- At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Experience in Reliability or Controls and Systems Engineering.
- Ability to work with equipment maintenance data and performance indicators.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Learning agility and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.

- Time split: approximately 75% preventive maintenance/reliability improvement and 25% project management & collaboration.
