Maintenance Engineer / Sr Engineer - M/F/D

What you'll do

• Create and update maintenance work instructions using e-WorkStation & PM+.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and maintain standard times in PM+.
• Train and coach production teams on applying preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, micro stoppages/technical slowdowns, MTTR, MTBF) and improve equipment availability.
• Lead actions for equipment reliability improvements and breakdown recurrence prevention.
• Support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment (electrical or mechanical) and handle major technical issues with teams.
• Participate in SAP PM+ implementation and Maintenance/ERIM, QRQC, and Weekly TPM/TRP meetings.

What you'll need

• Experience implementing and updating preventive maintenance standards and instructions.
• Experience working with e-WorkStation and PM+.
• Experience using maintenance reliability/troubleshooting approaches (e.g., PDCA / FTA / 5 WHYs).
• Experience with maintenance recordkeeping and maintenance documentation.
• Experience participating in EHS and productivity improvement activities.
• Experience supporting installation/commissioning and refurbishments of manufacturing equipment.
