Maintenance Engineer (BMS)

Overview

Maintenance Engineer (BMS) oversees operation and maintenance of building management systems, focusing on efficient performance and energy optimization.

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain building management system and energy management system performance.
• Continuously monitor building systems using BMS software.
• Analyse and optimize energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Diagnose BMS issues and take corrective actions quickly.
• Collect and analyze BMS sensor/device data for performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Handle vendor/contract management, including SLAs and invoicing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with building management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CMMS and building automation systems (BAS).
• In-depth knowledge of BMS covering HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management.
• Knowledge of net zero carbon and energy saving technology is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
